King James II
Large room conveniently located on first floor with seasonal ocean views. This room overlooks front porch and gardens and has a comfortable queen size bed, private en suite bath and decorative fireplace. A very special historic feature of the King James II room is the original "Indian Shutters" circa 1720.

Eloise Room
Bright and sunny second floor corner room facing east toward the cool breezes of the Atlantic Ocean. This room features comfortable queen size bed, decorative fireplace as well as separate powder room and shower room in the en suite bath.

Lesa Lynn Room
This is the completely renovated 1674 structure built before the main house in 1720. This secluded room features cathedral ceilings, large en suite bath, private entrance, and outdoor space. The outdoor space includes a private deck under a canopy of trees.

Duchess Anne Suite
Whether you desire additional personal space during your stay, or have a need to accommodate a third traveling companion, this suite offers many options. Located on the second floor overlooking the beautiful gardens facing east, the suite features gorgeous original wide pine wood floors, decorative fireplace, seasonal ocean views and an en suite bath located between the two rooms. The suite is furnished with a queen bed in main room and a comfortable day bed in second room with TV and wifi.

The Wayne Room
This unit offers the unique opportunity to enjoy all the common elements of the charming and historic Black Boar Inn in a large modern guest room featuring a comfortable queen size bed and over-sized en suite bath with tub in the cottage 100 feet behind the inn.  The Wayne Room has a private entrance and patio area with a quiet location set back from Main Street but just steps from the inn.  It truly is the best of both worlds. Includes Breakfast at Black Boar Inn, smart-tv, wifi, netflix, mini-frig in room. Following in the tradition of rooms at The Black Boar Inn being named for individuals who played a role in the story of the historic property, the Wayne Room is named in honor of Black Boar Inn founder, Wayne Fette.

Beach Rose Cottage
Beach Rose Cottage is available for 3-day and weekly rental. Located in the heart of Ogunquit on Black Boar Private Drive. 2 minute walk to center of village, less than 5 minute walk to beach. Park your car and walk everywhere. 3 Bed (1 King, 2 Queen) 2 Bath (one en suite), full kitchen, large open layout. Beautiful wide plank wood floors and vaulted pine plank ceilings. Outside, enjoy a large screened porch as well as outside decking. Full laundry room. This is the perfect comfortable spot to enjoy Ogunquit for week or long weekend. Located 100 feet behind the historic Black Boar Inn.
